I have known Steve for more than ten years.  During that time I have had the opportunity to observe his training, hear reports from his trainees and have been assessed by him myself, as regards basic life support and AED skills, for my annual appraisal.  As well as being very competent at delivering the subject, he is very approachable and has a practical understanding of all aspects of the skills he covers.  This is very important and is reflected in the comments of some of his trainees who have, in the past, received training from people well versed in the theory of the subject but who have little if any experience on which to base their training.  I have recommended him to others who have sought advice from me about first aid training and I will continue to do so with confidence.

We have dealt with Steve for a number of years now and always go back to him as he delivers training at either our place of work or at other venues at times suitable to our business. Our staff think he is wonderful; he always explains things in a way they feel they understand and make time to ensure everyone in the group have a solid understanding of the subjects. He is punctual, courteous, pleasant and above all EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE and I have no hesitation in recommending him to any organisation needing first aid training.

Kiddlywinks Pre School and Day Nursey, Penrith

Steve delivers the best First Aid courses I have been on in my 20 years of practice. The knowledge and practical skills Steve has given me and my team have occasionally been needed within my setting and I strongly feel that the confidence demonstrated at those times has been in response to the delivery of Steve’s training. The courses are energetic, enthusiastic, serious but fun, making the days interesting and focused. Practical demonstration and practise under the watchful eye of Steve once again provide one-to-one opportunities for discussion and clarification.
